Our Guarantee: You may return unused, undamaged merchandise within 10 days of receiving your order for exchange or credit only. No refunds will be given unless popcorn flavor has been discontinued. Returned merchandise must be received in the same condition as it was originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with no exceptions. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If exchange is selected, customer will also be responsible for new shipping charges.

If your tin is dented in transit, please contact the shipping company before calling Papa Dean's. To keep your costs low, we can't cover the costs of shipping errors. 

On the front of the packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), please note the reason for your return and how you wish to resolve the return. Select either exchange or store credit. Call our office at 877-855-PAPA with any questions. Enclose the packing slip with your return package and ship to this address:
